Old Knife Identification

Horror Movie Identification?
Please answer only if you know, or have some lead.
I’m kind of sure that it was in the 90′s.
Two kids are playing chess, whoever wins will be born from their mother (the mother is pregnant).
One of the kid is good (i think he is wearing a old-style red soldier suit), while the other kid is evil (i think he is wearing some kind of black suit).
Now, in other scenes of the movie, two people (one guy, one girl), is trying to save the pregnant mother from that building (the mother is with the kids who were playing chess).
One of the scary scenes: the toy’s were coming to life. The two people went inside the vent, but there were two toys that chased them. One toy is a baby doll that speaks and wields a knife, the other is a toy robot that shoots laser. The girl got killed when the baby doll caught up and stabbed her many times in the eyes.

That scene does not ring a bell, but I think it could be from Demonic Toys.
